- The Designer II glass cutters feature a new anti-leak lubricant dispensing system called Fiberlock™. Liquid lubricant is dispensed from the barrel as you score your glass to provide a smooth flake-free score. These state-of-the-art glass cutters from the Fletcher-Terry Co. also feature ergonomically designed handles and replaceable tungsten carbide cutting heads. The Designer II cutters have a unique feature that allows you to lock the cutter head in a fixed position, or if you prefer, in a swivel position. No other cutter offers this important feature.
