- BULLSEYE FUSIBLE GLASS
- Manufacturers of hand-cast glass since 1974, Bullseye produces a beautiful palette of solid and multi-colored opalescent and cathedral glass that can be used by contemporary fused glass artists as well as traditional stained glass artists. Bullseye Glass is among the originators of the fused glass movement and has the largest selection of fused glass products available. All Bullseye glass has a COE of 90.
CLEAR GLASS - Used as a base, cap or both. All the clears in this category have a COE of 90.
CATHEDRAL GLASS - describes a glass that is transparent in nature and usually monochromatic. It can be relatively smooth (double rolled) or textured (granite, ripple, etc.).
OPALESCENT GLASS - commonly described as the addition of a cathedral color added to an opal base at the time of manufacture. Creates a varying color range within the sheet of glass and is characterized an opaque density ideal for diffusing light.
STREAKIES - a combination of up to 4 colors within a sheet of glass yielding fantasic swirls of color. The Bullseye's streakies that we offer are all fusible and are dramatic works of art into themselves.
IRIDESCENT GLASS - defined as a metallic rainbow shimmer on the surface of clear or colored glass which changes appearance depending on the vantage point of the viewer.
THIN GLASS - Bullseye makes a thin glass ideal for use in jewelry pieces of for creating layering effects. The glass is 1.6 - 1.8mm in thicknes which is approximately half the thickness of standard production stained glass (3mm).
COLLAGE GLASS - Clear glass is hand-ladled over frits, streamers, or confetti and rolled to make a one-of-a-kind sheet of art glass.
